GLITTER GREEN

1. Place the Tajin on a small plate. Rub rim of an old-fashioned or rocks glass with lime, dip in Tajin. Fill with ice and set aside.


2. Combine 1.25 oz (37.5ml) of #accathome mix and 2 oz (60ml) of tequila in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds.


3. Strain the cocktail over reserved glass. Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel and serve.

Bartender’s notes :

• For a version that requires less ice, instead of straining your cocktail over new ice, leave your glass empty at the start. Once shaken, pour your cocktail (ice included) into the glass & add a few more cubes as needed

• If you have crushed ice, strain the cocktail over fresh crushed ice 

• If you have mezcal at home, adjust the recipe to the following : 1.5 oz (45ml) of tequila and 0.5 oz (15ml) of mezcal

• If you would like to enjoy this cocktail in a « mocktail » or boozeless version just mix it with ice and pour in a tall glass, add ice and soda.

PIÑA COLADA

1. Combine 4.5 oz. of #accathome mix and 2 oz. of rhum in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds.


2. Pour over ice into a Highball glass.

3. Garnish with the dehydrated lime and pinneaple wheel and serve.

Bartender’s notes :

• Use your blender : add 4.5 oz of mix, 2 oz of your favourite rum, ice and blend everything together in a blender, pour in a Highball glass, Garnish and serve !

SMOKE SHOW

1. Combine 1.75 oz (52.5ml) of #accathome mix and 2 oz (60ml) of rum in an old fashioned or rocks glass. Fill the glass with ice and stir, about 20 seconds.


2. Top with more ice, garnish with thyme and serve.

• If you have crushed ice pour the cocktail once shaken over crushed ice

• If you would like to enjoy this cocktail in a « mocktail » or boozeless version just mix it with ice and pour in a tall glass, add ice and soda.

MULE

1. Combine 1.5 oz (45ml) of #accathome and 2 oz (60ml) of vodka, gin, or rum in an old fashioned or rocks glass. Fill the glass with ice.


2. Top with soda, garnish with a slice of fresh lime and serve.

• You can add more mix up to your taste, don’t be shy!

1. Pour 2.5 oz of #accathome mix in a flute, coupette or wine glass, add 5 oz oz of sparkling wine

2. Garnish with a slice or a zest with the provided orange and serve.
